China Carbon Neutral Development Group has provided additional details on its construction partner LSE, confirming that LSE is wholly owned by independent third party Mr. Sui Ming and operates through two subsidiaries, Tianjin Rongchen and Sichuan Xinqisheng, which hold Class II general and professional contracting qualifications and a safety production license. The company also clarified the status of the RMB67.6 million LS Agreement, noting that after terminating its cooperation framework agreement with TusCity Group, it negotiated a settlement under which RMB30 million of the RMB33.8 million advance was refunded and the remaining RMB3.8 million was set off against preliminary services, reducing project exposure and offering greater transparency on fund recovery for stakeholders.
