China Carbon Neutral Development Group Limited, in its supplemental announcement, clarified details following its previous communication on the acquisition of equity interests in a target company. The update revealed that Shu Ming is the ultimate beneficial owner of the vendor and provided the target company’s financial results, which included a revenue of HK$3,286,000 and a loss for the year ending 31 December 2022.
