China Bright Culture Group has announced the immediate resignation of its auditor, McMillan Woods, due to an inability to meet the company’s audit deadline for the year ended December 31, 2023. The company has appointed ZHONGHUI ANDA CPA Limited as the new auditor to fill the vacancy and oversee the next annual general meeting. Despite the change in auditors and the ongoing suspension of trading since March 31, 2023, the company assures that its operations remain normal and is committed to assisting the new auditor with the pending audit work.
