China Boton Group Co., Ltd. shareholders have overwhelmingly approved all resolutions at the Annual General Meeting held on May 24, 2024, with near-unanimous support for the audited financial statements, re-election of directors, and authorization of share dealings. Not a single vote was cast against the re-elections of the executive and non-executive directors, and the mandates for share allotment and repurchase received 99.9% and 100% approval, respectively.
