China Boqi Environmental (Holding) Co., Ltd. has entered into a major finance lease agreement with CITIC Leasing, where CITIC will purchase equipment from Boqi for RMB 120 million and lease it back for a five-year term, costing an estimated RMB 137.2 million in total. This significant transaction, following a similar deal within the last year, requires shareholder approval and further details will be provided in a forthcoming circular to be issued by mid-August 2024.
