China Boqi Environmental (Holding) Co., Ltd. has announced a successful conditional voluntary cash offer to buy back up to 150,858,120 shares at HK$1.20 per share, with all necessary conditions now fulfilled. The offer, which has become unconditional in all respects, remains open for acceptance until January 3, 2025.
