China Boqi Environmental (Holding) Co., Ltd. has successfully completed a buy-back of 150,858,120 shares at HK$1.20 per share, totaling HK$181 million. The offer was oversubscribed with acceptances reaching about 201.91% of the maximum number to be bought back. Post buy-back, the interest of Mr. Zeng and concert parties in the company will increase to approximately 32.59%.
