China Boqi Environmental (Holding) Co., Ltd. has announced the resignation of Mr. Lu Zhifang as an independent non-executive Director, effective from 12 July 2024, to focus on his other professional and personal commitments. Concurrently, the company has appointed Mr. Li Tao, with a notable career including positions at Philips and IBM, as the new independent non-executive Director starting the same date. Mr. Li’s initial term will be for three years, with his independence confirmed according to the Listing Rules, and he will receive an annual Director’s fee of RMB200,000.
