China Bohai Bank Co., Ltd. has announced a change in its authorized representative in Hong Kong for accepting service of process and notices. Ms. HOU Yong will replace Mr. WANG Haifeng due to an internal work reallocation, effective from July 31, 2024. This change is in accordance with the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance.
