China Beidahuang Industry Group Holdings Limited announced a further extension of the Long Stop Date for their Proposed Restructuring to 31 October 2024, with conditions precedent largely fulfilled. The agreement, originally set for completion by 30 September 2024, has been extended to allow additional time for the remaining conditions to be satisfied or waived. All other terms of the Restructuring Agreement remain unchanged.
