China Baoli Technologies Holdings Ltd. has announced a special general meeting to be held on October 10, 2024, for shareholders to consider the approval of a settlement agreement and the issuance of convertible bonds worth RMB129,170,000. The meeting will also address the authorization for company directors to issue over 11 million new shares upon conversion of the bonds. Shareholders may appoint proxies to vote on their behalf if unable to attend.
