China Art Financial Holdings Ltd has announced changes in its executive team, with Mr. Im Kai Chuen Stephen resigning as the company secretary, authorized representative, and process agent due to other commitments, effective from May 24, 2024. Mr. Ng Kam Ming, with over 13 years of experience in the field, will succeed Mr. Im in all three roles. The company expressed its gratitude to Mr. Im for his service and welcomed Mr. Ng to his new position.
