China Art Financial Holdings Ltd’s recent Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 7, 2024, saw the unanimous passage of several key resolutions, including the approval of the audited financial statements and the re-election of directors. Shareholders showed overwhelming support for management’s proposals, with nearly all votes cast in favor of the resolutions.
