China Anchu Energy Storage Group Limited has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to approve the sale and purchase agreement involving the allotment and issue of 200 million new shares. The EGM is set to take place in Hong Kong on September 25, 2024. Shareholders will vote on resolutions including granting directors the mandate to execute the share issue as part of the company’s strategic expansion.
