China 21st Century Education’s Major Campus Expansion

China 21st Century Education Group Limited (HK:1598) has released an update.

China 21st Century Education Group Limited has engaged in a substantial construction contract with Gezhouba Group for the development of a dormitory, public bathroom, and boiler room on the new campus of Shijiazhuang Institute of Technology, with a fixed contract price of RMB34,972,096. This deal, which falls under the category of a discloseable transaction as per Listing Rules, is expected to enhance the campus facilities within a 77-day period starting on 1 July 2024.
