China 21st Century Education Group Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Wan Joseph Jason from his roles as an independent non-executive Director and various committee positions. His departure, effective from October 4th, 2024, is due to a desire to focus on personal endeavors, and it leaves the Company in need of replacements to comply with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules.
