The latest update is out from Chill Brands Group PLC ( (GB:CHLL) ).

Chill Brands Group reported progress at its Chill Connect direct-to-convenience distribution arm, which has expanded its product range beyond vaping and nicotine alternatives into beverages, confectionery, batteries, and other adjacent FMCG categories. The company is also completing a new wholesale digital ordering platform for convenience retailers, aimed at streamlining ordering, reducing cash handling, and extending its reach across the fragmented independent convenience market.

Alongside its distribution business, the group is reassessing the strategic value of its premium chill.com domain as the potential core of an audience-led digital platform portfolio. With limited internal resources, Chill Brands is in early-stage talks with experienced digital platform operators about licensing in complementary marketplace, social, and financing platforms that would be developed under their operational stewardship, although no binding agreements have yet been reached and there is no certainty a transaction will proceed.
