Chiho Environmental Group Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Leung Pui Yee as an independent non-executive Director, effective from 21 August 2024. Ms. Leung comes with a strong background in financial management, having previously held roles at Evergreen Products Group Limited and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. Her appointment is part of the company’s efforts to comply with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Listing Rules after recent non-compliance issues.
