Chiho Environmental Group Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Leung Pui Yee as an independent non-executive Director, effective from 21 August 2024. Ms. Leung brings over 20 years of expertise in accounting and financial management, having held key financial positions in various companies and being an esteemed member of multiple accounting institutions. Her appointment is in line with the company’s compliance with the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited after the recent resignation of Prof. Yan Guowan.
