Chibougamau Independent Mines Inc. is nearing the completion of its East Block copper-gold properties sale to TomaGold Corporation, with an updated purchase price increased by $500,000. To facilitate the complex legal and regulatory processes, Chibougamau has extended the transaction deadline to April 30, 2024. Both Chibougamau and Globex Mining will retain a 2% Gross Metal Royalty, with a 0.5% buyback option available.
