Cheshi Technology Inc. announced the successful passage of all proposed resolutions at their Annual General Meeting with unanimous shareholder approval. The resolutions included the adoption of financial statements, re-election of directors, and re-appointment of their auditor, Ernst & Young. Additionally, shareholders granted a mandate to the Board to issue and repurchase shares within specified limits.
