Cherish Sunshine International Limited has announced a delay in the publication of its 2024/2025 annual results due to the need for additional time to complete audit procedures. The delay is attributed to recent resignations of key sales and procurement personnel, which have impacted communication with customers and suppliers, and delayed the collection of necessary audit confirmations. Additionally, the late receipt of financial statements from investee companies has affected the fair value assessment of financial assets. As a result, trading in the company’s shares has been suspended until the financial results are published, expected by 31 July 2025.
