On January 26, 2024, the Board of Directors of Cheniere Energy Partners GP, LLC decided to transfer the listing of Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P.’s common units from NYSE American to the New York Stock Exchange. The change is expected to take effect after market close on February 2, 2024, with trading on the NYSE commencing at the start of the market on February 5, 2024.
