Chengdu Putian Telecommunications Cable Co., Ltd. has renewed its agreement with the 40th Research Institute for the supply of cable connectors for high and low frequency components. This new agreement, effective from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, continues the company’s connected transactions under the Hong Kong Listing Rules. These transactions are subject to standard reporting and review requirements but are exempt from independent shareholders’ approval.
