ChemX Materials Limited has announced a change to its Convertible Securities Agreement with Mercer Street Global Opportunity Fund, providing greater financial flexibility to complete its Pilot Plant and pursue commercial agreements. The agreement allows ChemX to extend the maturity dates of its convertible notes and raise additional funds, subject to ASX and shareholder approval. These moves aim to enhance shareholder value as the company advances its high purity alumina production technology.
