ChemX Materials Ltd has disclosed a significant increase in Director Alwyn Petrus Vorster’s stake in the company, with a direct acquisition of 416,666 ordinary shares and 208,333 options. The transaction, valued at $20,000, has raised Vorster’s total number of ordinary shares to 760,083, in addition to maintaining 1,500,000 performance rights through The Vorster Family Trust.
