Chemring Group PLC announces an upcoming addition of 716,874 ordinary shares to the London Stock Exchange, following the exercise of employee share options under the 2018 UK Sharesave Plan. These shares will rank equally with the current shares and are set to commence trading on August 21, 2024. The move aims to facilitate employee ownership and incentivize performance within the company.
