Chemring Group PLC has announced the grant of options over 5,983 ordinary shares to director James Mortensen under The Chemring Group 2018 UK Sharesave Plan. These options, exercisable at 310p per share, will become available for exercise in three years from the date of the transaction, which took place on 5 August 2024 outside a trading venue.
