Chemring Group PLC has completed the buyback of 45,776 of its ordinary shares on 18th April 2024, at prices ranging from 341 to 348 pence per share, with the intention of cancelling them. This action is part of a buyback program announced on 1 August 2023, and the average price paid per share was 343.5415 pence. The purchased shares will be cancelled as part of the company’s strategy to manage its capital effectively.
