Chemistree Technology Inc. is undergoing a significant transformation by consolidating its shares at a ratio of 1 post-consolidation share for every 10 pre-consolidation shares and changing its name to Waverunner Capital Inc. This change takes effect on June 24, 2024, with the new trading symbol ‘WRUN’ awaiting Canadian Securities Exchange approval.
