Cheetah Net Supply Chain Service Inc. successfully completed a public offering on May 15, 2024, raising approximately $8.19 million by selling over 13 million shares at $0.62 each. The offering, facilitated by AC Sunshine Securities LLC as the exclusive placement agent, included standard closing conditions, company warranties, termination rights, and indemnification obligations. The offering expenses and the placement agent’s cash fee of 3.5% were deducted from the gross proceeds.
