Cheetah Mobile Inc. has announced the appointment of two new directors, Ms. Bo Peng and Mr. Edward Mingyan Sun, and the resignation of Mr. Tao Zou, effective July 1, 2024. The Board of Directors will now comprise seven members, including three independents, after these changes. These strategic board adjustments come as the company continues to navigate the dynamic tech landscape.
