Cheerwin Group Limited successfully held its Annual General Meeting on June 19, 2024, with all proposed resolutions passed by a shareholder vote, including the adoption of audited financial statements, declaration of dividends, re-election of directors, and reappointment of its auditor. Notably, the resolutions allowing the Directors to issue additional shares and repurchase existing shares were also approved, with over 97% and 100% of votes in favor respectively.
