Cheerwin Group Limited has announced a change in its joint company secretary position, with Ms. Wang Dong stepping down and Mr. Zheng Canjie taking her place effective from 26 August 2024. Mr. Zheng, who has over 15 years of experience in the consumer goods industry and has been with Cheerwin Group since 2018, will serve alongside the existing secretary, Ms. Leung Shui Bing. The company has also been granted a waiver from strict compliance with certain stock exchange listing rules during the transition.
