Cheerwin Group Limited has announced key changes to its executive leadership team, effective from July 16, 2024. Mr. Xie Rusong has stepped down as an executive director, transitioning to a consultant role, while Ms. Wang Dong and Mr. Lv Yongji have been appointed as new executive directors. The company expressed gratitude to Mr. Xie for his service and detailed Ms. Wang’s extensive experience in the consumer goods industry and her new remuneration agreement.
