Check Point ( (CHKP) ) has shared an announcement.

On April 30, 2026, Check Point reported first-quarter 2026 results showing total revenue of $668 million, up 5% year on year, with security subscription revenue rising 11% to $323 million. GAAP operating income reached $185 million and non-GAAP operating income $265 million, while GAAP EPS grew 5% to $1.81 and non-GAAP EPS 13% to $2.50, reflecting strong demand for email security, exposure management and SASE despite near-term pressure on appliance product sales.

Management highlighted that AI is reshaping the cyber threat landscape and said Check Point’s four-pillar architecture positions it to capture growing demand for secure AI-driven transformation. The company strengthened its balance sheet, lifting cash and investments to $4.38 billion largely via a $2 billion convertible notes offering, increased adjusted free cash flow and RPO, completed two acquisitions, repurchased $325 million of shares, and announced that international sales head Sherif Seddik will become chief revenue officer on May 1, 2026, succeeding Itai Greenberg as part of a commercial leadership reshuffle.

The most recent analyst rating on (CHKP) stock is a Buy with a $260.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Check Point stock, see the CHKP Stock Forecast page.

Spark’s Take on CHKP Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, CHKP is a Neutral.

The score is driven primarily by strong financial quality (high margins and robust free cash flow), tempered by increased leverage in 2025. Technicals are a meaningful drag given the price trading below key moving averages with negative MACD. Valuation is reasonable at ~17.8x earnings, while the latest earnings call points to steady (not accelerating) topline growth with strong subscription momentum but several near-term margin and product headwinds.
