Check Point Bolsters Cybersecurity with Cyberint Acquisition

Check Point (CHKP) has released an update.

Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. is set to acquire Cyberint Technologies Ltd., aiming to boost its Security Operations Center capabilities and enhance its managed threat intelligence services. The addition of Cyberint’s AI-driven External Risk Management Solution will strengthen Check Point’s Infinity Platform with advanced threat intelligence and proactive defense strategies. The acquisition, expected to close by the end of 2024, positions Check Point to address the pervasive challenges of digital risk, including fake websites and stolen credentials.
