Check-Cap Ltd. has undergone a significant board reshuffle, with the resignation of directors Paul Medeiros and Kyla Falkiner, and the appointment of David Lontini as the new Chairman. In addition, the company has seen a change in its executive leadership, with Justin Karr stepping in as the interim CEO, bringing over 20 years of investment banking experience to the role. The shake-up includes reconstituted Board Committees and a services agreement for the new interim CEO, setting his compensation at a monthly fee with potential performance-based bonuses.
