Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited has announced an extension of its share offer closing date to 9 August to allow for additional subscriptions, offering existing shareholders up to 100,000 shares at CA$0.08 each. The raised funds are aimed at accelerating the development of the Korella North mine and other projects, with the Korella North mine expected to start production in Q4 2024 and to fund other operational activities.
