Chasen Holdings Limited announced the retirement of Mr. Chew Mun Yew from its Board of Directors, effective at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. To replace him, Ms. Elaine Beh Pur-Lin will join the Board as an Independent Director and fill the roles of Chairperson of the Remuneration Committee, and member of the Audit and Nominating Committees, starting August 1, 2024. The company expressed gratitude to Mr. Chew for his service and welcomed Ms. Beh to her new position.
