Charter Hall Group has announced the appointment of Ms Karen Penrose as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective November 1, 2024. Ms Penrose brings extensive experience from her executive roles in financial services and as a director across various sectors. Her addition to the board is expected to enhance Charter Hall’s efforts in generating sustainable returns for its securityholders.
