Charter Hall Property Trust has announced a total cash distribution of 2.30 cents per unit, payable on August 30, 2024, with a total fund payment of 9.4762 cents per unit for the six-month period ending June 30, 2024. In addition, Charter Hall Limited will pay a fully franked dividend of 20.70 cents per share on the same date. The distributions and dividends are part of Charter Hall Group’s strategy to create value and generate superior returns for its investors through a diverse portfolio of high-quality properties.
