Charter Hall Announces Leadership Transition

Charter Hall Group (AU:CHC) has released an update.

Charter Hall Group announced the retirement of David Clarke as Chair after a decade of leadership, during which the company saw substantial growth with funds under management increasing from $11.5 billion to over $80 billion. Stephen Conry AM, with over 40 years of real estate experience, is set to take over the role after Clarke’s departure following the Annual General Meeting on 20 November 2024. Clarke’s tenure is marked by a significant return to shareholders of over 350%, and both he and the Group’s CEO have expressed confidence in Conry’s future stewardship.
