Charmacy Elects Zheng Xiyue as Supervisor

Charmacy Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has announced the election of Ms. Zheng Xiyue as the employee representative supervisor on the Board of Supervisors. Ms. Zheng, who has been with the company since July 2001 and previously served in this role since May 2015, will hold office until the expiry of the fourth session of the Board of Supervisors. Her appointment reflects her extensive experience and commitment to the company, with a remuneration of RMB 40,000 per annum.
