Charmacy Announces Final 2023 Dividend Payout

Charmacy Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Class H (HK:2289) has released an update.

Charmacy Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has announced a final dividend of RMB 0.3 per share for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, which will be paid at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.099237, resulting in HKD 0.329771 per share. The dividend is subject to a withholding tax of 10% for non-resident enterprises and individuals, and 20% for resident individuals in the PRC. Payment is scheduled for July 10, 2024, following shareholder approval on May 20, 2024.
