Charisma Energy Services (SG:5QT) has released an update.

Charisma Energy Services Limited has announced the reconstitution of its Board Committees following the appointment of Mr Alex Tan Tiong Huat as an Independent Non-Executive Director. The reshuffle, effective from 26 July 2024, includes changes to the Audit, Remuneration, and Nominating Committees, with Mr Tan assuming the chairmanship of the Audit Committee. The move is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its corporate governance.
