Charisma Energy Services Limited has announced an extension of the Longstop Date for its new conditional subscription agreement with Yin Khing Investments Limited, now set to 31 August 2024. This extension comes after the original agreement lapsed on 30 April 2024 and follows a series of supplemental agreements aimed at providing additional time to meet the required conditions. Despite the lapse, both parties have confirmed the agreement remains effective and binding.
