Chariot Corporation Limited has regained full ownership of the Horizon and Halo lithium projects after Mustang Lithium LLC, in which Chariot holds a 24.1% interest, repossessed the projects due to Pan American Energy and POWR Lithium Corp.’s failure to pay maintenance fees, citing challenging lithium market conditions. Chariot disclosed a substantial mineral resource estimate for the Horizon Lithium Project, which was prepared according to Canadian standards but not yet compliant with the JORC Code. Investors have been cautioned that mineral resource estimates are subject to change pending further data and interpretation.
