Chariot Corporation Limited ( (AU:CC9) ) has issued an announcement.
Chariot Corporation’s quarterly activities report for the period ended 31 December 2025 highlights significant progress across its Nigerian and U.S. lithium portfolios and its capital markets strategy. In Nigeria, verification sampling at the Fonlo and Iganna projects returned high-grade lithium assays of up to 5.96% Li₂O, with spodumene- and lepidolite-bearing mineralisation and potential tantalum and caesium by-product credits identified, while site inspections and desktop reviews confirmed extensive LCT pegmatite systems consistent with historical artisanal mining. The company is advancing a staged development pathway that contemplates small-scale mining in parallel with systematic exploration and drilling, subject to completion of the Nigerian asset acquisition and regulatory approvals; it has also executed a variation deed to strengthen exclusivity and extend the deadline for satisfying acquisition conditions to May 2026, and, after quarter-end, signed non-binding MOUs with China-based lithium supply chain partners to explore offtake, prepayment/credit financing and local processing options. In the United States, Chariot defined 32 high-priority drilling targets at its Resurgent Project in the McDermitt Caldera, adjacent to major lithium developments such as Thacker Pass and McDermitt, underscoring the strategic potential of its U.S. assets. The company also completed a secondary listing on the OTCQB Market under the ticker “CHRTF” without issuing new shares or altering its capital structure, broadening its access to North American investors and potentially improving liquidity for existing shareholders.
