Chargeurs SA has completed the acquisition of strategic assets from Swiss company Cilander, strengthening its Chargeurs PCC Fashion Technologies (CFT PCC) division in the high-end textile market with new growth opportunities in fashion, military, and mobility sectors. The deal includes renowned fabric brands, finishing technologies, and a high-performance production facility, expected to reinforce Chargeurs’ global leadership and expand its product range and market share. Notably, the acquisition supports Chargeurs’ future strategic plan and taps into growing markets such as military equipment and yachting.
